Support Keilondi Johnson
In her community, Keilondi serves as an advisor for Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. She is also the Overseer of the Children’s Ministry ages 7-10 years old at Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries. She has served in this area as a teacher for over 15 years.
Keilondi has been active in her professional field. She has served as Secretary and President for the board of the Virginia Association for Teachers of Family and Consumer Sciences and has recently been elected as Treasurer.
Within the last two years, there has been a dramatic decrease of muscle strength in Keilondi’s arms. She can no longer lift them above the armrest on her chair without assistance. Turning on lights, opening doors, and even passing out papers (and giving hugs!) to her students is no longer possible.
Having her own GoWing will make an immediate and lasting impact on Keilondi’s life and will help her be more independent at home, at work, and in her community. Everyone loves the freedom to take a drink, scratch their head, enjoy a meal without limitations, return a high five, or just give someone a hug. Keilondi wants that freedom too.
Keilondi has diligently served others and now needs help to continue her service and her employment. The benefit she brings to our society is immeasurable. With your help, she can continue to have an impact on our future generations of doctors, inventors, nurses, social workers, chefs, teachers, custodians, store managers, etc.
Keilondi has never requested assistance of this sort. Since the GoWing has just received FDA registration, she could be the first person in the United States to use this new technology. Keilondi is asking you to help her accomplish her goal! Please help her help us and our society.
